Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days across India. Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns

Easy Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for eligible products.

Return Conditions

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
No return shipping charges are applicable.

Exchanges

Easy Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be requested for a different size, color, or product.
Each item can be exchanged a maximum of 2 times.
If the selected replacement product has a higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer.
If the replacement product has a lower value, the balance amount will be issued as Store Credit.

Approved returns are refunded as D'Cavros Store Credit only.

Refund Processing Time

Store Credit is issued within 1–2 business days after the returned item passes our quality inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Important

A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory for all damaged, defective, or wrong-product claims. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.

Every D'Cavros product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
