• Refunds are applicable only for orders that meet our return criteria and have been approved after quality inspection.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 10 days of delivery.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days to your store credits.

Refund Exceptions

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not applicable for items purchased during sale or with discount codes unless the item is damaged or defective.
