Gift Card T&C

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all D’Cavros Digital Gift Cards (“Gift Card”) issued by D’Cavros.

By purchasing or using a D’Cavros Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. D’Cavros reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.

D’Cavros Gift Cards are issued only in digital format and can be used exclusively on the official D’Cavros website.

2. Usage

  • Gift Cards can be used to purchase products available on the D’Cavros website.
  • The card can be used for full or partial payment.
  • If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using other available payment methods.
  • Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for future use.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.

3. Validity

  • D’Cavros Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • After expiry, the Gift Card cannot be reactivated or refunded, and any unused balance will be forfeited.
  • If the Gift Card balance reaches zero, it becomes inactive and cannot be reused.

4. Value Limits

  • Minimum Gift Card value: ₹500
  • Maximum Gift Card value: ₹50,000 per purchase
  • Gift Cards cannot be reloaded once issued.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • If an order purchased using a Gift Card is returned:
    • The refunded amount will be credited back to the same Gift Card.
    • If the Gift Card has expired, the refund may be issued as store credit at D’Cavros’ discretion.

6. Liability

  • D’Cavros is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
  • Gift Cards should be treated like cash.
  • Once issued, D’Cavros will not replace or reimburse the value if misused.

7. Fraud & Misuse

  • D’Cavros reserves the right to cancel or block Gift Cards if fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is detected.
  • Any violation of terms may result in cancellation without prior notice.

8. Privacy

D’Cavros respects your privacy. Any personal data collected during Gift Card purchase or usage will be handled according to our Privacy Policy available on our website.
