At D'Cavros, we aim to give you full control and peace of mind while shopping.

Cancellation Window

• You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.

• Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

How to Cancel Your Order

1. Instant Cancellation: Right after placing your order, you can cancel it immediately on the Thank You page.

2. Order Status Section: Log in with your email on our website and go to the Order Status section to view and cancel eligible orders.

3. Support Request: Alternatively, email us at dcavros.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9428394545 with your Order ID for manual assistance.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If you cancel a prepaid order, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

• Cancellation is not available for items already shipped or purchased during special sales and discount campaigns.
